By setting the goal for the present day "to run today" and repeating the desired result...example "to loose weight"or "to build cardiovascular strength" we gain motivation and are less likely to find an excuse to not do the goal based "action". Do it Afraid!
God says in Isaiah 41:10-11 “Do not be afraid for I am with you, I give you strength, I bring you help, I am holding your hand.” Today, may God strengthen you if you need his confidence. Go out and be fearless…..God's Higher Power is there to help you….if you ask and seek him. Ask for strength and have a Powerful Day! Some people hate Mondays, but think of Mondays as a new beginning. Maybe an opportunity to start a new healthy ritual. Ask God for help and strength to keep
